Enjotados con el Código, S.L. states that the content, information and services available on the website are provided subject to these General Terms of Use and to the personal data processing policy set out in the Privacy Policy section.

Accessing this Website or using it in any way confers upon you the status of User and implies the unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the terms detailed in this text. Consequently, it shall be the responsibility of every User to read them carefully on each of the occasions on which they use the website and, therefore, in the event of total or partial disagreement with any of the terms established herein, they must refrain from accessing or using this Website.

Users are further advised that particular terms may on occasion be established for the use on the Website of specific content and/or services; the use of such content or services shall imply the acceptance of the particular terms specified therein.

The company's corporate name, the terms and all names, as well as the KOMIT® trade mark, its logos, product or service names and related designs and slogans, are trade marks registered by the Company and protected by intellectual property legislation and trade mark legislation. Their use in any manner is authorised only to licensees on the terms established in the contract. The user may not use such trade marks without the Company's prior written consent.

Links from the website

For the user's convenience, the Website may provide links to sites that are owned or operated by third parties other than the Company. Each link to a website has its own terms and conditions of use. If the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are supplied solely for the user's convenience, including the links contained in advertisements, both advertising links and sponsored links.

Enjotados con el Código, S.L. assumes no liability whatsoever arising from the content, information or services linked from the website, nor does it warrant the absence of viruses or other elements therein that may cause alterations to the computer system (hardware and software) or to the user's documents or files, and it excludes any liability for damage of any kind caused to the user on this account.

  • That Enjotados con el Código, S.L. does not in any event warrant the receipt of the content sent by users, which is first screened by an anti-spam filter and, where applicable, received subject to the availability of the administration service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These general terms are governed by Spanish law.

Access to the website komit.es is conditional upon the express and prior waiver of any venue or jurisdiction that may be available to users in the exercise of the rights arising from the use and content of the web portal, users expressly submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Santander (Spain) for any dispute that may arise from its use.
