Where we started

A clinic does not compete for "physiotherapy": it competes for "physiotherapist in Montilla" and for the name of the injury that brought the patient in. That changes entirely how the site has to be put together — and the previous one was put together like a brochure.

There was also a practical point: treatments and techniques change, new equipment arrives, something stops being offered. The website had to keep that pace without a phone call each time.

KOMIT's solution

• A clinic website with a page per service and per technique, which is the level people actually search at: dry needling, neuromodulation, shockwave therapy, diathermy.
• A custom admin panel for editing services, sections and legal texts, with content written in Markdown so it can be formatted without knowing HTML.
• The booking call to action is managed from that same panel, so its destination can change without a deployment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English, useful in an area with foreign residents and patients.

How we built it

• Rebuilt on Next.js and React while keeping the URLs that already had local rankings, with sitemap, robots and llms.txt generated from the page inventory itself.
• The contact form verifies reCAPTCHA on the server: the browser sends the token and never learns the result, which is the only way the check is worth anything.
• Images are served optimised and correctly sized, because most of these visits arrive from a phone and from search.
