Ebbi develops bioactive compounds through supercritical CO₂ extraction from tomato, seaweed and olive leaf, at a solar-powered plant in Alhama de Almería, Spain.

Ebbi

Where we started

Ebbi does something that is hard to explain in one sentence: it extracts bioactive compounds using CO₂ in a supercritical state, without solvents and without waste. The audience is technical — food industry, nutraceuticals, cosmetics — and arrives with specific questions about the process, not about the company.

And one clear request: they wanted to be able to change their own copy. At a company that does research, what you say today is not what you will be saying in six months.

KOMIT's solution

  • A bilingual corporate site (Spanish and English) built around the explanation of the process, rather than hiding it on a "technology" page in the menu.
  • A custom admin panel: the client edits sections, services and legal texts in both languages without going through us or through a third-party CMS.
  • A contact form with two independent consents and server-side reCAPTCHA verification, where the browser never learns the score.
  • Analytics that only start after explicit consent, denied by default.

How we built it

  • The panel was built into the site itself rather than as a separate application: less surface to maintain and a single login to protect.
  • Content lives in our own API with a versioned schema, so a new field is added without manual migrations.
  • Structured data, sitemap and llms.txt, so both a search engine and a language model can summarise accurately what the company does.
