What needs are we starting from?

Having already established ourselves as sellers to distributors, in 2023 Meliflor reached out to KOMIT to make the leap to selling products to end consumers.

Meliflor enters the B2C world with a very elaborate brand image and with the need for an e-commerce platform that is compatible with their ERP: SAP Business One, a comprehensive business management system that allows digitizing all business processes from a single software.

Our working process

• We conduct research using techniques such as desk research or benchmarking, to make a value proposition tailored to the initial needs of the project and the potential users of the e-commerce platform.
• We work hand in hand with our client's Marketing team to ensure proper content architecture and to meet their needs, making suggestions to improve the website's positioning in search engines and implementing tools for data collection and analysis.
• We design and develop the e-commerce platform, which includes database design and creation, and the development of an API that integrates the ERP SAP Business One, thus enhancing the integration of the new e-commerce platform into the company's management system.
